The Sweet Medicine SunDance Path of the Twisted Hairs is an ancient spiritual tradition of shamanic knowledge and ceremonial alchemy that
gives clear guidance in how we can connect and communicate with Spirit and Nature, and learn, directly from them, how we may come into balance, health and harmony. As we deepen our interrelationship with Creation, we are empowered to evolve and reveal the full potential of the innate wisdom held within our True Nature. It is from being centred in our True Nature that we come into alignment and may co-create with Life and others through pleasure and knowledge, instead of pain & suffering.

Dreaming Workshop
Within shamanic traditions there has always been an understanding of the importance to listen to the messages conveyed to us every night. Dreaming is a direct channel into the great mystery of Creation, where the dance we live between the seen and the unseen is revealed, showing us how we weave our story into the fabric of the cosmos, bringing vibrancy and magic to our life experience.
